Found Alex thru a local neighborhood services site and they all had the same things to say so I knew he was our guy. Great communication and prompt scheduling. Alex was professional, honest, and thorough, but very fair with pricing. He explained everything and didn’t try to nickel/dime. He not only checked on the unit that wasn’t working but also made sure the other unit was up to speed. Ended up changing the capacitors and refreshing the Freon to get them working again.
